I never wanted to do this but I’ve called 3 times complaining about the lockeroom for womans. Everywhere you see it’s a mess. I’ve seen the same hairs in the showers for the past 3 weeks. Theirs no towels. The stalls are dirty. The dresser room needs a lot of care. On the corner of the room there’s a pile of towels. Here’s some photos please clean your gym. Make it seem motivating to start working out

I love the hours and this gym is by far the cleanest gym Iv ever been to. Only complain that I have is members are in the 30 express room just sitting on the machines with their phones and when I’m trying to do HiiT workouts they are very inconsiderate. Staff members shouldn’t be allowing this. They have the same machines in the front of the gym. I don’t understand the point of the 30min system if they don’t enforce the rules of that area

It's a big gym, easy to get on equipment. Clean as all of them are. There's a closed shopping mall across the street which is convenient for trucks to park. Good place to stretch and unwind and relieve stress from the traffic.

It is a very clean gym! Specially Stacey, in the morning making sure the place was nice and clean with a smile on her face. Is great to start the morning seeing people doing their job with such great attitude!

The west dundee location is awesome!! I never feel judged and everyone (especially the staff) are friendly and helpful. I wish they would bring back the scale! I like keeping track of my progress!
